The purpose of the Rs. 500/- (incl. VAT) yearly subscription fee for the RFID Card includes:
- Maintenance of the charging infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient charging services.
- Provision of 24x7 charging solutions (subject to terms and conditions), ensuring availability and accessibility to customers at all times.
- Enhancement of customer service by providing a seamless charging experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly, and offering support as needed.

Since this charging network is for MG customers only, we request the form to be filled ONLY by the MG EV Owners.
Under the regulatory NEA (National Electricity Authority) policy, Paramount Motors Pvt. Ltd. plans its charging costs for electric vehicles. Paramount Motors Pvt. Ltd. charges an additional 20% of the NEA rate per unit on its charges, (i.e the set margin by the Nepal Government) *T&C Apply.
The cost per unit may vary depending on whether the charging occurs during peak hours or off-peak hours. By adjusting prices based on off-peak hours, Paramount Motors Pvt. Ltd. can efficiently manage electricity demand, ensure grid stability, and provide cost-effective charging solutions to its customers.
- Peak hour: 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- Off-peak hour: 11:00 pm to 5:00 am o
- Normal hour: 5:00 am to 5:00 pm
Customers are requested to print the form, fill in all the details, scan the filled copy of the form and email it to a charging@paramountmotors.com.np along with a screenshot of the "Transaction success".

I agree to pay a subscription fee of Rs. 500/- (incl. VAT) for an RFID card. I acknowledge that this amount will be utilized for enhancing customer experience. By agreeing to this, I commit to adhering to the terms and conditions of usage associated with the RFID card.
